The complex consists of 36 new apartments spread over 6 floors located in the same building, with a shared lobby, a hotel safe and reception. The building is also air-conditioned and features lift access. WLAN access is also available, though subject to fees. In addition, guests have the use of a laundry room, which comes with a washing machine, dryer and irons. Parking facilities are also available for guests arriving by car (subject to fees).

The apartments are outward facing and bright. A double bedroom (with 2 single beds or a double bed), full bathroom, kitchen and dining room feature as standard in all units. All units are fully furnished, while the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, as well as a fridge and cooker. There are also apartments with a double bed and a sofa-bed capable of sleeping 2 or more persons. (The apartments for 4 people have 1 double bed and one sofa-bed for 2 persons).
